They are very flexible with scheduling. They take a lot of time to explain things to both the kids and parents. The appointments are quick and I've been there perhaps 10 times and they are right on schedule. Highly reccomend them!

I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Everyone is very kind, patient and professional. They did an excellent job easing my son’s mind about getting braces and made it a great experience for him!

I always recommend Barrer & White to people! They took care of my oldest daughter and are currently treating my son and my younger daughter. The reasons I chose them over other orthodontists is clear. The entire staff is professional and respectful of their clients and the parents. Everything is well explained in advance. Unlike others, they do not rush to slap on the braces in order to make money. I feel they really care about their patients and the outcome. They have an outstanding reputation because of the care provided. The ladies at the front desk are always super helpful and very pleasant. The financial coordinator is thorough and does a fantastic job of explaining everything. Joy...well she was aptly named! She is always so nice and helpful and smiling....Joy is easy with her smile which is nice to find. Dr. Doug and Dr. Jim are great. They are very knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy about treatment. You can tell they really care about the individual patient. It's a breath of fresh air! The assistants are the best too! My son loves going and getting his different band colors and always looks forward to his next appointment. They are all so supportive and encouraging when dealing with patients. They want the best outcome and to make you happy and it shows. It feels like family walking into the office. I will always recommend Barrer & White to anyone needing orthodontia work.
